Refunds & Returns Policy

DAMAGED/REJECTED GOODS

The Customer must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and are deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 7 days after their receipt the Customer notifies Boann Irish Felt Designs that the goods are rejected. (This does not affect the customer's statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, Boann Irish Felt Designs will consider the products as being of satisfactory quality to the customer and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date. Where goods purchased from this website have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging within 7 days of receipt to Boann Irish Felt Designs, Cashel, Slane, Co. Meath, C15FT54 Ireland.

Please note merchandise purchased from other retailers or craft shops must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. Online order returns will not be accepted by resellers of our products.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

We hope that you are very happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please send all returns within 7 days of receipt to: Boann Irish Felt Designs, Cashel, Slane, Co. Meath, Ireland. Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase and delivery costs. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Boann Irish Felt Designs before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items you are advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.
