Shipping policy

DELIVERY – Delivery will be with either a courier company or An Post (Irelands postal service) A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been sent.

We try to keep the postage as inexpensive as possible for you. The rates shown are for tracked postage only. Prices are calculated on packet weights from An Post. Larger orders are subject to pricing at parcel weight and a quotation will be given prior to shipping. Please contact me before purchase for an accurate quote. A refund will be giving if the actual postage price costs less than paid online at checkout.

Ireland Delivery Times: In stock items are usually delivered in 3 to 5 working days.

Mainland UK Delivery times: In stock items are usually delivered in 5 to 7 working days.

Mainland Europe and International Delivery Times: Will vary depending on the destination. Upon purchase we will provide you with a quotation.

Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent, as soon as possible when production of the products is complete

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We have taking great care to describe & photograph all products on our website as accurately as possible. Colours displayed online may vary slightly from the original. Due to the handmade nature of Boann Irish Felt Designs all products are one of a kind & can’t be replicated exactly. Custom orders can be taken with the understanding that no two pieces will be exactly alike. It can take up to 2 weeks to complete a custom order depending on detail involved.

IMPORT DUTY

Purchasers are responsible for import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Boann Irish Felt Designs is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. If you wish to find out more information please contact your local Customs and Excise office.

International shipments that are subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities may cause a delay in delivery Boann Irish Felt Designs cannot be held responsible for this delay.
